  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Small tomatoes7-8 pcs
  • Hard cheese (you can without it)100 gr

  • Sour cream150 gr
  • Salt to taste

  • Fry the onions in a pan, add the minced meat, salt, pepper, add the tomato paste.

  • Zucchini grate, salt, squeeze juice

  • Slice the tomatoes. Beat the eggs with sour cream, salt

  • Grease the mold with butter, put half of the zucchini, stuffing on top, then zucchini again. Put the tomatoes out. Pour in sour cream and egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
