Very delicate and delicious pudding
- Ricotta500 gr
- Eggs3 pcs
- Rice flour4 tbsp
- Sour cream50 gr
- Cocoa5 tsp
- Sweetener1 tbsp
- Vanillin to taste
Mix ricotta, eggs, sour cream and sweetener, beat with a mixer.
Sift flour, add and beat again until smooth.
Divide the mass into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one, vanillin to the other.
We spread the mass into the form in layers. We bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 210 degrees.
When the pudding has cooled down, you can serve it.
