Tiramisu cake

A wonderful multi-layer Italian dessert “Tiramisu” is an incredible pleasure! To prepare the dessert, the mascarpone and eggs should be at room temperature, so remove them in advance from the refrigerator.



  • Savoyardi Cookies Cream 33%500 ml
  • Mascarpone cheese250 gr
  • Powdered Sugar150 gr
  • Coffee1 tbsp
  • Water1 cup
  • Cocoa topping taste
  • Beat cream, add icing sugar and cheese, continue to beat until smooth.

  • Next, make coffee with water. We set it to cool down. In coffee, add a little cognac or rum to taste

  • Prepare portioned cups or bowls. Dip the cookies in coffee, put on the bottom of the glass, put a layer of cream on a layer of cookies, repeat the layers again. So prepare all the servings.

Put the dessert in the freezer for 40 minutes or in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Serve tiramisu, sprinkled over a cocoa sieve, and garnished with mint.
