Thai seafood and vegetables rice

Thai food is one of my favorites. I love many dishes, one of which is fried rice with shrimp. With vegetables, green onions, peanuts and captivating aroma of sesame oil. This is a miracle! Fried rice can be cooked with any vegetables: mushrooms, carrots, broccoli.

  • For round rice, 1 cup needs 1.5 cups of water. We rinse it with cold water under the tap, pour it into the pan, fill it with water (you can cold), add 2/3 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil. We cook on a very small fire under the lid, until the liquid remains on the bottom. Do not interfere with rice during cooking.
    Pour the finished rice into a bowl (or leave in a saucepan) and let cool completely. For fried Thai rice, rice should be almost cold.

  • In the meantime, I defrost the shrimp. I pour them into a bowl and fill with cold water, then rinse and leave the glass to water

  • In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry (all together) finely chopped garlic, cubes of zucchini and pepper. Fry, stirring for two minutes. Salt with two pinches of salt. We shift all this into a separate bowl.

  • Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the beaten eggs. With a spoon, divide the resulting omelet into pieces. And we also throw them in a bowl of vegetables.

  • Pour some more oil into the pan and fry the shrimp. 1-2 minutes and they are ready. They also salt with a pinch of salt and transfer to a bowl.

  • Pour oil into the pan again. This time a little more. About 2-4 tablespoons. Add sesame oil, fish sauce and plum.

  • Stir and pour rice into it. Fry it, stirring 3-4 minutes.

  • Add shrimp with vegetables to the rice and stir.

Put on a dish and serve. It goes well with white wine. Friends invited by you will be satisfied with a delicious dinner.
