Tart with cherries and cottage cheese

Everything is very simple: both cooking and all the ingredients are very simple and affordable. And it turns out delicious and beautiful! Very delicate tart!

  • Coconut oil60 gr

  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Cottage cheese in a pack400 gr
  • Yogurt without additives300 gr
  • Skimmed milk powder2 tbsp
  • Corn starch2 tbsp
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Pitted sweet cherries50 gr

  • Beat the eggs, add butter, sweetener, gradually introduce flour and, adding milk, knead the plastic dough, it will be dense. We form a ball, put it in the refrigerator for a while.

  • The rest of the ingredients, except for the cherries, are mixed until smooth with a blender.

  • Roll out the dough and place it in a mold, form the sides. Chop the base with a fork and place the mold in an oven preheated to 190 C for 10 minutes.

  • Put the curd filling, cherries on it and send to the oven for another 30-35 minutes.

Chill the finished tart before serving.
