  • Rinse the rice under a stream of cold running water and put it in a special compartment in the double boiler.

  • Rinse fish, salt, add lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes. Put in a separate compartment of the double boiler

  • Separately, chopped carrots, broccoli and cauliflower in a double boiler

  • Cook in a double boiler for 40 minutes


Put the fish in a dish with vegetables and rice. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
