  • Cut the salmon into thin, even slices. The bottom of the cupcake mold is lined with food wrap. This is necessary in order to make it easier to extract the snack. We put a piece of fish on the bottom of each form, so that its edges protrude outwards. Boiled eggs, garlic, and green onions are finely chopped. Mix all this with cream cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Spread the filling in each mold and close the protruding ends of the fish as an envelope. Wrap the film, too. The filling should protrude slightly from the mold. When everything is ready, you need to" cupcakes " something to press down, so that the filling is compacted.

  • Place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Get the snack by pulling the edges of the food wrap. The salmon and cream cheese appetizer is ready!
