Ham – 80 Gram
Onion Purple – 1/2 Piece
Canned Red Beans – 100-150 Gram
Mayonnaise – 3 Tbsp. spoons
Pepper – to taste
1 bell pepper
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut the stalks, cut into cubes.
Peel the onion and cut into thin quarters of rings.
I use cucumber for this salad lightly salted or salted. It fills the salad’s need for salt and adds piquancy. You can, of course, add to this salad a fresh, diced cucumber.
Rinse, peel and cut into cubes. But you can do without bell pepper.
Drain the beans and rinse with boiled water.
Gently mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, pepper. You can decorate with a sprig of parsley.
