Salad with Rice and Vegetables

The recipe for a delicious and nutritious salad.

  • Pickled cucumbers4 шт.
  • Canned corn50 gr
  • Carrot1 pieces
  • Parsley1 pieces
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Salt to taste

  • Boil rice and cool

  • Put rice in a bowl, add boiled carrots, chopped pickled cucumbers and corn

  • Add chopped parsley and grated garlic to the rice, then mix everything thoroughly, season with oil and salt to taste


The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
