Chicken fillet (I take the breast on the bone) – 2 pcs.
Ham – 100g
3 pickled cucumbers
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Mayonnaise, herbs, salt, black pepper – to taste
Boil chicken fillet in salted water with spices (I boil with black pepper, peas, bay leaf) until tender, cool, cut along the fibers. Cut the ham into strips.
Cut onions and carrots into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil until soft and slightly golden in color, cool. Cucumbers cut into strips. Grate the garlic. Combine all the ingredients and season to taste (mayonnaise will be enough 1-1.5 tbsp.)
Put the lettuce in a salad bowl, decorate with greens.
