This cake is just wonder how good! It is hearty, appetizing, beautiful and delicious. It has a lot of flavorful filling. Not repeatable and delicious.
Quiche with red fish
- Whole grain flour or durum200 gr
- Water90 ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Trout / salmon400 gr
- Onion1 pc
- Egg2 pcs
- Milk100 ml
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
- Optional: broccoli or spinach or any greens
- Grated hard cheese40 gr
Sift flour, add water and oil. Knead the dough, form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Finely chop the onion
Cut the fish into cubes. Mix with onion and salt. Separately mix milk with eggs, salt, pepper, seasonings.
Roll out the dough into a circle, distribute in shape so that there are sides
Lay out the filling: fish, onions and herbs / broccoli / spinach. Drizzle with the egg mixture and bake for about 40 minutes, at 180 C.
Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before the end.
