Pilaf with mussels

I suggest that you diversify the daily menu a little, namely, prepare a delicious dish – pilaf with mussels. The recipe is quite simple and does not take much time.

  • Rice, rinse, add water, add salt and leave for 30 minutes

  • Peel the carrots and onions. Cut into small pieces. Add greens

  • Fry onions and carrots

  • Rinse the mussels

  • Add mussels. Cook 5 minutes

  • Mix everything well and add boiled rice in small parts. Stir the dish well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Add garlic and chopped herbs.Stew rice for 5 minutes.
    Cover the pilaf and leave on low heat for another 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and leave it on the table under the lid for 30 minutes.
