Pasta with sausage

Ingredients:

220 g pasta

350 g sausage (smoked)

2 tomatoes

100 g cheese (hard)

1 onion

2 garlic

1/2 cup milk

2 cups broth (chicken)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

to taste pepper (ground)

to taste salt

Cooking:

Cut the sausage into slices, garlic with onions – finely. In hot oil.

Spread prepared sausage, onion and garlic. Roast for 3-4 minutes until the sausage

turns red.

Cut the tomatoes, pour boiling water for 40 seconds, then cold water, quickly

we clean. Cut finely prepared tomatoes, spread in sausage. Add

milk, broth, dried pasta, salt and pepper. Mix.

Stew pasta with sausage covered over low heat for 12-14 minutes, until pasta

soft.

Sprinkle with grated cheese pasta, remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes,

until the cheese melts. Serve delicious pasta immediately.
