  • Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and salt. Mix.

  • Pour in vegetable oil and mix again. Pour in about a third of the warm milk, stirring slightly, pour in all the flour and begin to knead the dough, getting rid of the lumps of flour. Next, pour the remaining milk in 2 doses. Lastly, pour soda and, quickly mixing, leave the dough to infuse for 20-30 minutes.

  • We start to fry pancakes only in a well-heated and warmed pan. Before frying each pancake, I grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Thanks to this procedure, pancakes will not only flip over and be removed from the pan without problems, but will also gain additional porosity, holeiness and a beautiful pattern. Pancakes are fried on medium or slightly above average mode to a beautiful ruddy color on both sides.

  • Cut banana into thin slices

  • Cut pancakes into two parts and wrap banana slices in them. Put on a plate and pour on top with chocolate
