Cooking:
Grate the cheese. Mushrooms can be taken fresh, frozen and canned. Fresh and frozen – slightly fry with or without onion, salt. With canned just drain the liquid.
Finely chop the greens. Pita bread can be cut into several smaller pieces to make it easier to fold and eat.
Arrange the filling on the pita evenly, not very thickly, slightly not reaching the edges, so that it is convenient to twist, and roll it, turning the end edges inward so that the cheese does not leak.
Lubricate with egg or mayonnaise and place in the oven, preheated to 180 – 200 degrees until the surface is browned.
