Mushroom Chicken

It will take about half an hour to prepare a delicious dinner or lunch – we will make chicken with sauce in a pan.
I recommend cooking at least a double portion, eat chicken very quickly

  • We take chicken fillet as the basis of the dish - squeeze it a little, but we will not separate it. Now sprinkle each slice with a prepared mixture of peppers or seasonings for chicken.Then quickly fry the fillet on both sides, put it on the foil and wrap so that it retains heat, go to the sauce.

  • Finely chop two small onions, chop finely the mushrooms, chop the garlic. First fry the onion with garlic, then add the mushrooms and fry until golden. Put in a pan and about 70 grams of butter.

  • Now pour the mushrooms in a pan with 50 milliliters of chicken broth and 100 milliliters of cream. We set the fire to maximum and leave to evaporate. Following in a pan we will dissolve the cheese, it is best to take cheddar

  • And the last to return the chicken to the pan. We wait until the sauce becomes thicker and you can try.

This dish is made in one pan, and the sauce and chicken. 

It can be served with white rice or potatoes.
