Meat lamb with vegetables in pots
- Lamb500 gr
- Potatoes4-5 pcs
- Eggplant1 pc
- Tomatoes2 pcs
- Bulgarian pepper1 pc
- Garlic4 cloves
- Carrots2 pcs
- Bulb onions2 pcs
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the carrots into thin slices
Put the meat on the bottom of the pots (6 pots, 400 ml.), Put onions and carrots and peppercorns on top. Cover with water to cover all ingredients. Put the pots in the oven and heat up to 180 C, bake for half an hour
Cut the eggplants, peppers and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the potatoes into cubes
Remove the pots from the oven, put potatoes in them, then eggplant, put pepper on eggplant. Top with tomatoes, salt and pepper. Top up with water until it almost covers the tomatoes. Send the pots to bake for 1 hour at 180 C. The lamb with vegetables in the pots is ready.
Serve the dish hot in pots, sprinkled with herbs.
