Mackerel baked under vegetables

Ingredients:
1 freshly frozen mackerel
1 onion
1 tomato
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt, pepper to taste
vegetable oil

Thaw mackerel, gut, rinse, cut into portions. Salt, pepper to taste. Cut the onion into rings, the tomato into slices. Put the pieces of fish in a heat-resistant dish, alternating with onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle the rast. oil, grease with mayonnaise. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Garnish with greens.
