Fragrant and juicy strawberries – the star of June. Her age is short-lived, so you need to have time to feast on plenty of healthy and tasty berries. To get maximum vitamins and keep the impression of a bright taste, add strawberries to different dishes. We offer a salad recipe with your favorite berry.
It has an unusual taste thanks to a spicy dressing. Salad is very useful for figure and good mood.
• 0.5 kg of strawberries;
• 160 grams of soft cheese (feta, feta cheese, almette, can be taken with herbs and spices);
• 75 g of hard cheese;
• 400 gr arugula or spinach;
• 2 tbsp. lies. balsamic vinegar;
• 2 tbsp. lies. olive oil;
• 2 tbsp. lies. orange juice or 1 tbsp. lies. lemon;
• salt and pepper.
1. Wash the spinach / arugula and pat dry. Wash the strawberries as well, having previously removed the spoiled and mashed berries. As it dries, tear off the tails. Before washing, it is undesirable to pick them off, otherwise the berries will gain a lot of water.
2. Cut the strawberries into halves. Combine with arugula or spinach leaves. To them, cut the soft cheese into cubes, then rub a hard cheese variety with a coarse grater.
3. Combine the aromatic and piquant dressing of oil, citrus juice, spices and balsamic vinegar. Shake, let it brew for 10 minutes, then transfer to the ingredients of the dish and mix.
