Ice cream with condensed milk

Ingredients:

Condensed milk 380 g

Yogurt 200 g

Sour cream 200g

Vanilla Sugar 8g

Cooking:

We take condensed milk, yogurt without additives, sour cream and vanilla sugar. 

We mix all the ingredients in any order in a deep bowl or in a mixing bowl. Beat the mass a little with a blender. The mixture will not become airy, but will be thoroughly mixed. 

Gently pour the mixture into the molds. Put the sticks in place. If there are no forms, try pouring the mass into a plastic container and freezing. 

In the freezer, ice cream freezes for several hours.

To remove our ice cream from a mold, substitute it for a few seconds under a stream of hot water.
