Honey cake

Ingredients for honey cake layers:

flour -180g

sugar -150g

honey – 2 tablespoons

2 eggs

soda -0.75 tsp

baking powder -0.75 tsp

Cooking:

Combine the eggs, honey, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Beat 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed. Put the mass in a water bath and stir constantly for 7-8 minutes. The mass should increase by 2 times and warm up to about 43-45 ° C (to the touch – slightly warm). Mix the sifted flour into the warm mixture. The test comes out quite liquid. Draw a circle with a diameter of 15 cm on baking paper and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Put 2 tablespoons of dough on paper.

Spread the dough evenly with a damp knife. Bake for about 5 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until medium baking is done. Remove the paper from the hot cake immediately. Cakes cool. In the same way, bake the remaining 4 cakes. Honey cakes are ready.

Cream:

Beat 250 ml of cold cream 33% with 1 tbsp. powdered sugar.

Coat cakes with berries.

Melt in a ladle 80g cream, 1 tbsp. honey and 80g of dark chocolate, stir until smooth, cool, pour over the cake. Garnish with berries.
