We twist the meat together with onions and herbs through a meat grinder, break two chicken eggs, salt, pepper and add thyme.
Three potatoes on a coarse grater, this will help us make the patties juicy, plus they will have a rather unusual consistency. Squeeze it a little and put it in a bowl with minced meat.
With wet hands, we form small round balls of minced meat and squeeze them on both sides, put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
Now coat the top of the cutlets with vegetable oil so they will be more juicy. We place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 and cook for another 20 minutes.
