Grilled eggplant rolls

Summer is a great time for grilling. One such dish is eggplant roll. Great dinner.

  • Eggplant1 kg
  • Minced meat500 gr
  • Onion2 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • We cut the eggplants lengthwise into plates about 0.5 cm thick

  • Grind onions in a blender in mashed potatoes or three on a grater. Mix with minced meat, salt, pepper

  • In a large container, boil water, salt, lower the chopped eggplant for a couple of minutes. Then we get it, cool it and spread the minced meat on the edge.
    Wrap in rolls.

  • We put the rolls tightly on the grill, cook on medium coals until cooked

Put the rolls in a dish, sprinkle with herbs and garlic. Serve warm.
