Summer is a great time for grilling. One such dish is eggplant roll. Great dinner.
Grilled eggplant rolls

Ingredients

- Eggplant1 kg
- Minced meat500 gr
- Onion2 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method

We cut the eggplants lengthwise into plates about 0.5 cm thick

Grind onions in a blender in mashed potatoes or three on a grater. Mix with minced meat, salt, pepper

In a large container, boil water, salt, lower the chopped eggplant for a couple of minutes. Then we get it, cool it and spread the minced meat on the edge.
Wrap in rolls. -
We put the rolls tightly on the grill, cook on medium coals until cooked
Put the rolls in a dish, sprinkle with herbs and garlic. Serve warm.
