Juicy and tender fish with a crisp! The fried flounder turns rosy and crispy, due to which it has a beautiful presentable appearance. At the same time, flounder meat remains soft, juicy and insanely tender inside. This dish is perfect for dinner or lunch. It can also be served as an appetizing cold appetizer at a buffet table.

  • Rinse and clean the fish. Bread fish mixed with paprika, crackers and pepper

  • Fry on both sides until golden

  • Cool and put on a dish. Decorate with greens

Serve flounder with mashed potatoes, or grilled vegetables, or with a sauce of tomatoes, garlic and herbs.
