French fries with meat

Ingredients:

about 1 kg of peeled potatoes

300 g pork

2 medium onions

200 g mayonnaise

50 g hard cheese

salt, pepper, greens

Cooking:

First you need to cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick and beat off a little. Next, add a little salt and pepper to each piece.

Cut onions in half rings, and potatoes in small circles. A little grease the form with sunflower oil and begin to stack the products.

We try to lay it in such a way as to “cover the entire form.

The rest of the onions are mayonnaise, potatoes and mayonnaise. Potatoes need to be salt. We put the dish in the oven at a temperature of 175 degrees for 1-1.5 hours. 15 minutes before cooking, sprinkle French fries with grated cheese.
