  • Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, then fry for 3 minutes

  • Finely chopped peeled potatoes and carrots and put in a pan

  • In the potatoes add mushrooms with onions and pour boiling water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat

The soup is ready. Can be poured on plates.
