Delicious Korean style fungoza salad

A great recipe for a delicious salad. Funchoza is great for a light dinner.

  • Soy sauce2 tsp

  • Prepare vegetables and chicken. Cut carrots and cucumbers into strips

  • Cut the fillet into long slices. Fry over high heat, add spices. Add the onion in half rings to the chicken, fry it.

  • When the filet is ready, remove it from the heat and add the carrots

  • Then add cucumbers

  • Add fresh tomatoes

  • Funchoza (bean noodles, it is also glass) to cook by the method indicated on the packaging - pour hot water for 5-7 minutes, then rinse with cool

  • Mix in a large container cooked chicken with onions, funchose and vegetables.
    Season with rice vinegar (you can try Sen-soy sauce) and soy sauce.
    Let it brew for an hour. The dish is used both in warm and in cold form.

Salad ready. Arrange on plates.
