Delicious diet tiramisu
- Soft fat-free cottage cheese200 gr
- Banana1 pc
- Egg1 pc
- Baking powder1/2 tsp
- Cacao1 tbsp
- Cornmeal2 tbsp
- Kefir2 tbsp
- Sweetener3 sachets
- Strong Coffee1 cup
Mix banana, egg, baking powder, cocoa, flour, kefir, 1 sache of sugar substitute.
Put in a mold and bake in the microwave for 5 minutes
Cool cake ready, cut arbitrarily
Mix cottage cheese with 2 sachets of sweetener and 3 tsp.coffee
We collect the cake - put 1/2 part of the curd cream in the bowl, soak the parts of the cake in coffee and cream, then put the remaining cream. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight
Sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon on top - optional
