Delicious diet tiramisu

The recipe allows you to cook one of the most delicious diet desserts.
Ingredients

  • Soft fat-free cottage cheese200 gr
  • Banana1 pc
  • Egg1 pc
  • Baking powder1/2 tsp
  • Cacao1 tbsp
  • Cornmeal2 tbsp
  • Kefir2 tbsp
  • Sweetener3 sachets
  • Strong Coffee1 cup
Method

  • Mix banana, egg, baking powder, cocoa, flour, kefir, 1 sache of sugar substitute.
    Put in a mold and bake in the microwave for 5 minutes
    Cool cake ready, cut arbitrarily

  • Mix cottage cheese with 2 sachets of sweetener and 3 tsp.coffee

  • We collect the cake - put 1/2 part of the curd cream in the bowl, soak the parts of the cake in coffee and cream, then put the remaining cream. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight

  • Sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon on top - optional
