Condensed milk muffin


120 gr. flour

4 eggs

380 gr. condensed milk (jar)

50 gr butter

1 tsp baking powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar


Mix condensed milk and eggs at a low speed with a mixer.

Pour melted butter, mix again.

Sift flour with baking powder into the resulting mass, add sugar, mix well again.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Bake at 150 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Cool the cupcake ready for 10 minutes in the form, then pull it out and let cool completely. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into larger pieces.
