Chopped turkey cutlets with cauliflower

Ingredients
- Turkey fillet500 gr
- Cauliflower250 gr
- Bulb onions1-2 pcs
- Eggs2 pcs
- Mustard1 tbsp
- Semolina3-4 tbsp
- Sour cream3 tbsp
- Ground paprika tsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Greens to taste

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put cauliflower in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, drain. Cut the cabbage into small cubes.

Cut the onion into very small cubes. In a bowl, combine onion, cabbage and meat. Add eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, mix well. Add semolina, sour cream and mustard to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the minced meat with a tablespoon. Fry the patties until golden brown, then turn over and fry until tender.
Serve the cutlets warm as an independent dish, as well as with a side dish of rice or with a vegetable salad
