Chopped turkey cutlets with cauliflower

These homemade cutlets are suitable for both diet food and children. The cutlets are very juicy and tasty.

  • Turkey fillet500 gr
  • Cauliflower250 gr
  • Bulb onions1-2 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Semolina3-4 tbsp
  • Sour cream3 tbsp
  • Ground paprika tsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Greens to taste
  • Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces

  • Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put cauliflower in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, drain. Cut the cabbage into small cubes.

  • Cut the onion into very small cubes. In a bowl, combine onion, cabbage and meat. Add eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, mix well. Add semolina, sour cream and mustard to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

  • Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the minced meat with a tablespoon. Fry the patties until golden brown, then turn over and fry until tender.

Serve the cutlets warm as an independent dish, as well as with a side dish of rice or with a vegetable salad
