Chicken breast baked with mascarpone

The most delicious breast option. Mascarpone makes the chicken juicy, while spinach adds freshness.

  • Chicken breast4 pcs
  • Mascarpone150 gr
  • Spinach125 gr
  • Lambert cheese100 gr
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • Peel the garlic, cut it lengthwise into two parts and fry in two tablespoons of vegetable oil until golden brown.

  • Remove the garlic from the pan and put the spinach in it. Fry the spinach over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  • Add mascarpone to the pan and fry for a few more minutes, stir occasionally.

  • We make incisions in the breasts. Salt, pepper. Place the breasts in a baking dish. Fill the incisions with spinach sauce.

  • Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We bake for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
