The most delicious breast option. Mascarpone makes the chicken juicy, while spinach adds freshness.
Chicken breast baked with mascarpone
- Chicken breast4 pcs
- Mascarpone150 gr
- Spinach125 gr
- Lambert cheese100 gr
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Salt, pepper to taste
Peel the garlic, cut it lengthwise into two parts and fry in two tablespoons of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Remove the garlic from the pan and put the spinach in it. Fry the spinach over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add mascarpone to the pan and fry for a few more minutes, stir occasionally.
We make incisions in the breasts. Salt, pepper. Place the breasts in a baking dish. Fill the incisions with spinach sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We bake for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
