Baked potato with mushrooms

Ingredients:

4 potatoes (boil in advance) 

Mushrooms-200 gr.

2 onion

Mayonnaise-2 tablespoons

Cheese-100 gr.

Cooking:

Cut the potatoes into 2 halves, make small indentations.

Fry mushrooms with onions + mayonnaise, spices.

Put the filling in boats of potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
