Avocado and Garlic Sour Cream Sauce

Try to cook this mixture instead of the usual mayonnaise and serve it with boiled beans, vegetable stew, meat dishes, poultry and game.
The same composition can be used as a salad dressing and cold appetizers.

  • Cilantro15-20 gr

  • Finely chop the garlic through a press, dill and cilantro.

  • Peel and mash avocados with a fork

  • Add sour cream, dill, garlic, cilantro salt to the avocado and mix everything thoroughly

The sauce is ready. Now you can put it in a saucepan. The dish will be an excellent seasoning to any side dish of your holiday table. Enjoy your meal!
