1. Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
Broccoli 500 g
Olives 150 g
Bell pepper 1 pc.
Wine vinegar 2 tbsp. l
Olive oil 20 ml
Salt

Cooking:
Wash broccoli, divide into inflorescences and put in boiling water.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, discard in a colander, pour over with cold water.
To the broccoli add finely chopped pepper and olives, cut in half.
Mix olive oil with vinegar and season salad.
5 minutes before serving.

2. Broccoli salad with chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 2 pieces
Broccoli cabbage 1 piece
Hard cheese nonfat 250 g
Natural yogurt 100 g
Salt, herbs to taste

Cooking:
1. To prepare the salad, boil the chicken breast. Cool down. Then pinch it into small pieces with your hands.
2. Cook broccoli for 4–5 minutes in salted water. Cool down. We cut large inflorescences into 3-4 parts.
3. Mix the chicken and broccoli, add the grated cheese and squeezed garlic. Salt and season with yogurt to taste.

3. Broccoli Salad

430-450 g chopped broccoli
1 large apple
1.5 cups grated carrots
250-300 grapes
1/2 cup nut mixture (70 grams)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (30 grams)

Refueling:
2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil
3 tbsp. tablespoons of honey
3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1/4 medium onion, grate
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
170 g plain Greek yogurt

Cooking:
Combine broccoli, chopped apples, grapes, and carrots in a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and dress them with salad, mixing everything thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Sea salad

Ingredients:
Sea cocktail (thawed) – 250 g
Cucumber – 100 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Red onion (salad) – 1 pc.
Broccoli – 200 g
Olive oil – to taste.
Vinegar (wine) – 4 tbsp. l
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp. l
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l
Salt (to taste)

Cooking:
– Boil a sea cocktail in salted water.
– We sort broccoli into inflorescences and also boil in salted water. The main thing is not long so that the cabbage remains a little crispy.
– Cut the onion rings and scald with boiling water.
– Cut the cucumber into strips.
– Cut the tomato into cubes.
– Now we are preparing salad dressing: mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and wine vinegar.
– We mix seafood, broccoli, onion, cucumber and tomato in a large salad bowl and season everything with cooked sauce.

5. Salad with broccoli, tomato and sweet pepper

Ingredients:
300 g broccoli
2 tomatoes
2 red sweet peppers,
2 green bell peppers
1 red onion,
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil,
salt, pepper – to taste.

Cooking:
1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
2. Cut the pepper into cubes, sort the broccoli into inflorescences.
3. Boil all the vegetables, except onions, separately for a couple. Cool.
4. Mix olive oil with soy sauce.
5. Chop the onion thinly.
6. Mix vegetables and onions, season with sauce and cool in the refrigerator.
